I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

By accessing this website, the User accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

II. SUBJECT MATTER

Article 3.

The Provider offers through the website:

1. Services (not paid through the website):

  • Website Design and Development

  • Branding

  • Social Media Management

2. Digital Products:

  • Website Templates

  • Instagram Templates

  • Millionix Membership Club

All templates constitute digital content delivered electronically.

III. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Article 4.

(1) For services, the contract is concluded individually following an inquiry and a custom proposal.

(2) Payment is made outside the website via bank transfer.

Article 5.

For digital products, the contract is deemed concluded upon successful payment through Stripe.

IV. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices are displayed in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and Euro (EUR).

  • The Provider is not VAT registered.

  • Payments for digital products are made online via Stripe.

  • The Provider does not store any payment card information.

  • Payments for all listed services (excluding digital products) are made outside the website via bank transfer.

V. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Article 8.

Digital products are delivered through:

  • a download link;

  • access to an account;

following successful payment.

VI. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 9.

(1) Pursuant to Article 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the User does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase when:

  • the digital content is supplied immediately after purchase;

  • the User has expressly consented to such supply.

By completing the payment, the User confirms that they request immediate delivery of the digital content and waive their right of withdrawal.

(2) For services, the right of withdrawal shall be governed by the individual proposal or agreement.

VII. MEMBERSHIP CLUB

  • Membership is subscription-based.

  • Fees are charged periodically via Stripe.

  • The User may cancel their subscription at any time.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Article 12.

All materials on the website are the property of the Provider.

The following are prohibited without the Provider's prior written consent:

  • Copying

  • Reselling

  • Distribution

All website templates, designs, and materials are protected by copyright.

Permitted use:

  • Personal or business projects of the User.

Prohibited use:

  • Reselling

  • Distribution

  • Copying

  • Sharing with third parties

  • Use without a valid license
